The Process...
We take your logo and professionally redraw it through a process called digitisation, ready for our machines to stitch out. Different stitch types can be used to add texture to the design.
Embroidery is the process of applying a design to material using specialist thread. It is then carried out in-house on one of our embroidery machines by an expert team member.
Why choose embroidery?
If you want to create that premium quality look, then embroidery is the method to use. It is durable, doesn’t fade and up to 12 colours can be stitched at any one time making the process cost-effective for logos with multiple colours.
Does Embroidery have any limitations?
Yes, even the most up to date machines struggle with text that is smaller than 5mm in height, but we can increase your text, so it is easily readable. Embroidery can be costly for large complex logos, in this situation printing may be a viable alternative.
