Express Service for all orders is £9.95, this ensures your item(s) will be delivered to you within 3-4 working days.

Here are some FAQs asked by customers

Q: Can I return my order?

A: If your item is unpersonalised then we can take returns only under prior agreement of the management, but please read our terms-and-conditions as a restocking fee of 15% will be charged, however if you have personalised items (decorated with printing or embroidery) unfortunately we cannot take returns unless the garment is faulty.


Q: How long is your turnaround time?

A: We are usually looking at around 7-10 working days to complete the standard order.


Q: When are you open until?

A: The shop is open from 9am – 5pm from Monday – Friday. We are not in at weekends or bank holidays.


Q: I want my logo on some workwear, how can I get a quote for this?

A: It’s simple! Just send us an email ( or with an image of your company logo and we can quote you for how much it would cost to embroider/print onto a garment.


Q: Can I come in store and get a small order finished and available for collection in 48 hours?

A: Yes you can! If you are wanting something done quickly, we offer an Express Service where you pay a small charge to have us complete your order in a much shorter time.


Q: Is it possible for you to decorate one of my own garments?

A: Yes we can indeed, just bring it in and we can discuss it.


Q: Can you print one of my own photographs/pictures onto clothing?

A: Yes we can, we can also do them in various sizes from standard front left up to A3.


Q: Do you have a minimum order?

A: We do not have a minimum order for standard clothing. However, if you are wanting embroidered caps (not including beanies), there is a minimum order of 12 caps. (Caps that are wanting to be printed have no minimum order).


Q: Do you have a maximum order?

A: No we do not, so you can order as much as you like!


Q: Where abouts are you based?

A: You can find us at Unit 15 Sedgeway Business Park, Witchford, CB6 2HY.


Q: Is there a set-up fee for my logo?

A: This all depends on the complexity of your logo. If you have a busy logo with lots of colour and detail then it is very likely that there would need to be a set-up fee. If you have a simple logo with not much detail or just writing, you would not need to pay a set-up fee.


Q: So, how much would it cost to set-up my logo?

A: A set-up fee for a complex embroidered logo is £15.00 + VAT (£18.00 incl. VAT). Also, a set-up fee for a complex printed logo is £12.00 + VAT (£14.40 incl. VAT).


Q: Can you do vinyl that sticks to cars and windows?

A: Yes we can, although we do not apply the vinyl for you and it is only in single colour vinyl.
